Crocodilian Skins Private Limited is incorporated in Zimbabwe under the Companies Act (Chapter 24:03). The company was established to engage in crocodile farming, including raising, breeding, improving, developing, buying, selling, producing, preserving, and dealing in all kinds of products related to this business, particularly game meats, hides, skins, and leather products. It also aims to establish farms and research stations, as well as any other related businesses.
Crocodilian Skins continues to experience phenomenal growth, driven by a passion to serve and expand, complemented by a highly skilled and motivated workforce dedicated to the company’s core values. We have a team of experienced and qualified professionals committed to providing our clients with the best possible skins.

Operational Business Objectives
Crocodilian Skins Private Limited will utilize skills and technology to develop an operation that is efficient and effective in satisfying the demand for premium quality crocodilian skins and to implement best practice protocols. The Company will minimize its total costs to sustain the growth of the company and maximize earnings positively for shareholders to have maximum returns. Crocodilian Skins strives to maximize the quality of the skins that it produces and aims to be the principal supplier of premiumgrade crocodilian skins to the global market.
CROCODILE FARMERS ASSOCIATION OF ZIMBABWE (CFAZ)
Crocodilian Skins is a full member of CFAZ. The Crocodile Farmers Association of Zimbabwe (CFAZ) is a producer representative body that works closely with PWLMA in regulating the industry. This is achieved through a CFAZ Code of Practice, which defines the minimum standards concerning crocodile farming and seeks to enforce ethical and humane practices in the farming of crocodiles. CFAZ has the responsibility to ensure that this Code is applied consistently by its members and is assisted in this by PWLMA requiring that all legitimate crocodile producers are members of the association body. Crocodilian Skins as an entity has been a member of the CFAZ since 2021 and is bound by adherence to the CFAZ Code of Practice and animal welfare best practices.
